The Equotip 550 is the most versatile all-in-one solution for portable hardness testing. The electronically adjustable test load between HV1 and HV5 (~10 N and ~50 N) makes the Equotip 550 UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) the perfect measuring device for fine-grained material with any shape or for heat-treated surfaces.

The combination with the Equotip Leeb Impact Devices and Portable Rockwell Probe additionally allows automatic on-site correlations of two measuring methods.

The Equotip Touchscreen unit offers an elaborated interface designed by industry experts for increased efficiency and exceptional user experience. The enhanced software provides special UCI profile views, one-step calibration procedure, personalization options and custom report functions. 

The full color display allows best possible measuring and analysis of the measured data. The specially designed and rugged housing optimizes the on-site usage of the device in harsh environments.
