Bench Top Standard Unheated Presses in 12, 25, and 30 Ton Capacities

Carver has several models of standard unheated manual bench top laboratory presses in 12, 25 and 30 ton capacities. These lab presses are for palletizing, fluid extraction, pressure forming and destructive testing and other testing procedures.

Model 3850 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model Mini C) Twelve ton manual, two-column hydraulic press with 6" x 6" square platens. Compact and portable, requiring less bench space than our Model C. This press is ideal for constricted bench space or glove box applications, as well as field work. It features adjustable daylight, steel construction for rigid precision and includes safety shield for operator protection. Easy to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 4350 Bench Top Laboratory Pellet Press

Pellet press with 4" round platen which has centering grooves for proper die alignment. This pellet press comes in two model choices; Model 4350 which comes with a 13mm (3619) die set and the Model 4350.L which does not come with a die. This press has a small footprint which makes it compact for field use. (picture shown with analog gauge, less die set)

Model 3851 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model C) Twelve ton, manual, two-column hydraulic lab press. Similar to a Mini C, however with a much larger daylight opening up to 18" and heavier construction. Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 3968 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model 12-10) Twelve ton, manual, two-column hydraulic press. Daylight opening is adjustable up to 16". Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 3969 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model 12-12) Twelve ton, manual, four-column hydraulic press. Fully guided moving platen assures parallelism over 12" x 12" surface. Daylight opening is adjustable up to 15". Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 3853 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model M) Twenty-five ton, manual, two-column hydraulic press. Daylight opening is adjustable to 16". Rigid cast iron and steel construction for precision and durability. Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 3855 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model 25-12) Twenty-five ton, four-column standard manual hydraulic press. Daylight opening is adjustable to 14". Four column press for better parallelism. Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.

Model 3970 Bench Top Laboratory Manual Press

(Model 30-12) Thirty ton, manual, four-column, hydraulic press. Has two-speed pump, first stage for rapid closing and second for pressing mode. Fully guided moving platen assures parallelism over 12" x 12" surface. Daylight opening is adjustable up to 17". Easy-to-read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.
