Beaufort Sea Ice Floe Satellite Monitoring Systems - Monitoring systems designed with the University of Manitoba examining the distribution of ice floes in the Canadian Arctic and the environmental factors that contribute to their spatial re-distribution. These monitoring stations were equipped with state of the art climate and geospatial monitoring instrumentation providing near real-time information on the climatic factors and geospatial location of ice floes of interest in an effort to understand the factors that contribute to their movements in the Beaufort Sea. St. Elias Mountain Range Climate Monitoring Station – Climate station designed with the Yukon Geological Society to understand the background climate factors driving climate change within the St. Elias Coastal Mountain range of the Yukon.
Cantung Tungsten Mine Satellite Climate and Camera Monitoring Systems – Designed in conjunction with Arcadis Canada and CIRNAC the monitoring design consists of multiple monitoring stations aimed at enhancing the understanding of local climate, surface and ground water conditions which will ultimately drive the remediation efforts for the mine in future years.
Ontario Power Generation Eastern Operations Hydrometric and Dam Safety monitoring system – A network of (64) monitoring locations designed to understand hydrometric flow conditions for real time operations and production decision making for all hydro power operations that fall under the control of the eastern operation region of Ontario Power Generation which includes the Ottawa, Madawaska and St. Lawerence River systems. All systems and communications are designed to feed real time data back to regional control and operations centres to ensure the water level operations are optimized and the generation potential is met.
National Geographic Society Nevado Ausunagate Climate Monitoring Station – Designed in conjunction with National Geographic explorers Baker Perry and Tom Matthews, the climate station was deployed at 20,830ft (6,349m) and is now the highest weather station in the tropical Andes as part of the 2022 National Geographic and Rolex Amazon Perpetual Plant Expedition. The main goal of the station is to investigate and understand local climate processes which are driving climate and glacier behaviour.

Tor Research Station – Norwegian Polar Research Institute – A real time, year round climate monitoring system designed to withstand the challenging Antarctic conditions. The climate monitoring station is located at Svarthamaren Mountain in Dronning Maud Land and serves as the home base for Norways long term monitoring programme on the Antarctic petrels (Thalassoica antarctica). https://www.npolar.no/en/tor/
