The Dytran model 3315A is a single axis IEPE accelerometer designed for use in Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) as well as Active Vibration Control (AVC) applications typically found on commercial and military aircraft.

Offered with a 250g range and 20 mV/g sensitivity, the Dytran model 3315A has an upper frequency response of 10,000 Hz. As an IEPE sensor the model 3315A features built–in electronics, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier and converter. Design of the model 3315A features low noise JFET electronics packaged in a compact, rugged, stainless steel housing with a radial 2–pin military Bayonet–style connector and 1/4–28 mounting stud.

The Dytran model 3315A features internal case ground isolation to avoid EMI/ground loop interference and hermetic sealing, for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments. With its durability, compact size and mounting characteristics, the Dytran model 3315A is ideally suited for a variety of high frequency aircraft/airframe vibration measurements.
