Used to assist in the installation of the silicone sleeve onto Vapor Pin®. To use the Elastrator Tool: Thread the Vapor Pin into a secure cover or the installation/extraction tool. Insert the Prongs of the Elastrator into the sleeve. Squeeze the Elastrator to open, and push the Vapor Pin into the sleeve.
