FPV Pro – Maximum Safety. Minimal Sample. Superior Results.

FPV Pro – High Temperature Range – 10 to 400 °C (50 to 750 °F)

The Grabner FPV Pro is a state-of-the-art flash point analyzer engineered for precise, safe, and efficient determination of flash points in liquids and solids. Utilizing Grabner’s proven flash point detection technology, the system applies an energy-controlled electric arc and measures instantaneous pressure rise within a sealed test chamber. Top-down chamber heating prevents condensation of volatile compounds, delivering superior accuracy and reproducibility—even for challenging samples.

The continuously closed cup design and ultra-small sample volume of just 1–2 mL maximize operator safety while virtually eliminating fumes and minimizing sample waste. Rapid thermoelectric cooling and intuitive operation significantly reduce turnaround time and labor costs, making the FPV Pro ideal for high-throughput laboratory environments.

The analyzer supports ASTM D6450 and the advanced ASTM D7094 method, offering excellent correlation to Pensky-Martens (ASTM D93) with outstanding repeatability. It is approved for diesel fuel and kerosene specifications and delivers equivalent results to Abel and TAG standards. Its robust design also enables reliable testing of biodiesel and contaminated samples.

With true portability, rugged construction, and a safe ejecting sample drawer, Grabner FPV Pro is a trusted solution for fixed laboratories, mobile units, and demanding field or military applications.
