Dytran series 7503 is a high precision triaxial variable capacitance (VC) accelerometer available in various g ranges for the X, Y and Z axes. The accelerometer combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive, low impedance buffer and differential output for low level acceleration measurements.

Tailored for zero–to–medium frequency applications, the Dytran series 7503 contains hermetically sealed MEMS capacitive sensing elements, a custom integrated circuit amplifier and low noise electronics, housed in a lightweight titanium case.
