IP65-style Mass Flow Meter/Controller for gases

With their rugged design, the IN-FLOW series is well-suited for production sites in an industrial environment. The series contains ‘High-Flow’ models as well, going up to 11.000 m3n/h. The IN-FLOW series is the robust counterpart to the popular EL-FLOW series, but with an industrial-style design. If an IP40 version of this instrument suffices, consider the EL-FLOW series instead. The series includes instruments for low pressure drop as well.

Multi-Gas/Multi-range functionality (optional)

The multi-gas/multi-range functionality makes it possible to use the instruments in pilot plants first and then rescale them to production sites requirements.

Available for pressures up to 700 bar, with max. 400 bar delta-P.

High-flow models available

The instrument offer a wide range of high-flow models in compression type fittings, wafer type or flange connection.

Suitable for non-inert (reactive) gases
