The Dytran model 3063B is a highly rugged, triaxial IEPE accelerometer with built–in Faraday shield for electrostatic noise immunity, a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, built–in long discharge time constant and excellent low frequency response down to 0.5 Hz.
Design of the model 3063B incorporates ceramic shear crystal sensing elements, packaged in a stainless steel housing, with a 4–pin radial Bayonet style connector and 1/4–28 thru hole mount. Model 3063B is directly compatible with the Dytran model 6529 Immersion Proof sealing boot (sold separately). When used together, the sensor remains fully functional in an IP65 environment. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
