JP-8 Fuel Additive Injection System turns Jet-A Fuel into Military Approved Jet-A fuel with additives aka JP-8 Fuel. Our system blends Corrosive Inhibitor CI, Fuel System Icing Inhibitor FSII, and Static Dissipative Additive SDA into Jet-A fuel, making it military compliant.

General Features of the D-2 Injection Systems

1. Real Time Control of Neat Additive injection for SDA, CI, or FSII. Modular design allows for all three additives or any combination in the same cost effective package.
2. Ensures your facility is meeting the MIL- DTD-83133 specification for Static Dissipative Additive (SDA) / Corrosion Inhibitor (CI) and Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII).
3. Someone can tie directly the system into a DCS system such as “Top Tech” or “Guardian” fuel terminal management software. Allows for standard terminal operator oversight. As required, BOL printed results.
4. Uses only NEAT Additive for injection, eliminating the need for additive dilution and mixing prior to injection. Full mass flow real time control based on product line flow rate.
5. Full documentation package provided with every skid, including PI&D’s, foundation, sensor /injector mounts, installation/check off manual, user manual, and AB Studio 5000 PLC Source Code. See example drawings on page 4.
