The "Mary Ann®" Sifter is a totally enclosed cabinet that insures a safe, quiet operation and the door has the option where it can be mounted to open from either the right or left. The SS-25 allows fast and easy conversion to accommodate either 8in (203mm) or 12in (305mm) diameter testing sieves. Testing cycles are controlled to a ±1 second with a 99 minute digital timer. Sieve stack angled at 45 degrees and allows rotation of sieves. This rotation, aided by tapping from hardwood faced aluminum hammers, promotes many orientations of particle to mesh. The support stand also doubles as a sieve storage rack.

The original "Mary Ann®" Sifter is a popular tool for labs that have heavy testing schedules. Sieve stacks up to 26in (660mm) in height are quickly set into place, with no clamping required.
