Carver Inc. is proud to introduce Model CMG28-12-PCR proppant Crush Test press. This Monarch Series press meets the critical demands of ISO 13503-2:2006 with unsurpassed cycle repeatability. The proportional hydraulic system is capable of applying a constant rate of 13.8 MPa/min. (2000 PSI min.) from 2 ton to 28 ton clamp force within a ±2.5% deviation. The operator interface allows easy setup of press control parameters and includes ample recipe storage.

  • Minimum 1,275 psi on a 2" diameter crush die
  • Maximum 17,800 psi on a 2" diameter crush die
  • Hardened plates: 12” L-R x 12” F-B fully guided platens to ensure parallelism
  • Positive stop on platens for centering the crush die
