The FISCHER® LABODEST® HMS 500 AC is an automated semi-micro distillation system for demanding separation processes on a small scale. With a working volume of 10–500 ml and the integrated SPALTROHR®-Column with up to 90 theoretical separation stages enables precise fractionation with maximum data transparency – atmospheric or vacuum operation down to 0.1 mbar.
Typical areas of application are in research and development, quality control and product analysis in industries such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, flavor and fragrance production or university teaching. It can also be used in training laboratories at technical universities – whenever high separation performance with low sample input is required.
Process control is automated via the proven FISCHER® [DC/MIC]³ unit. Recipe management, fraction switching, monitoring and data export can be operated intuitively via the integrated touch panel or PC.
LABODEST® HMS 500 AC is delivered ready for connection and can be flexibly expanded with optional modules – ideal for practice-oriented high-end separation technology.
