Based on image analysis measure techniques «Check» provides an entire scan of the sieves surface by a full computer controlled standard operating procedure. A fast high resolution camera, combined with a telecentric lens and collimated backlight acquires images during the rotation and translation of the sieve. The software computes in real-time the size and the thickness of sieve holes and wires. At the end of the test a report will be printed or stored on the computer.
