Based in our Edmonton office, your main duties will include working on a variety of equipment, effectively troubleshooting equipment independently, quoting/following up with customers, and being a good representative of the company’s service efforts. Providing top-notch customer service and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements and Skills:

Responsibilities
- Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
- Build and manage the service & rental teams.
- Execute strategies and achieve targets in relation to rental fleet management and service operations.
- Be knowledgeable on multiple Hoskin products. (Internal and factory training will be provided.)
- Direct team members to ensure proper coverage of dynamic needs in both service and rentals.
- Seek out new service and rental opportunities and develop leads from our website, marketing department, customer emails, and phone inquiries.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by working in conjunction with the National S & R Manager.
- Perform reviews of all the direct reports.
- Communicate electronically and via phone with Hoskin’s customers and manufacturers to support your service team when troubleshooting the customer’s devices.
- Oversee service quotes, repairs, and warranty processes.
- Able to perform or direct calibrations and repairs to stay on budget with timely completion.
- Oversee rental order fulfillment, track effectiveness, and seek best practices.
- Work is generally based in our Edmonton location. Some travel to customers and training will be required.
- Attend to A/R and A/P activities associated with Service & Rental business.
- Support other offices during peak periods and vacation and sick coverage.
- Full participation in annual warehouse inventory and unit fleet counts.
- Active leadership role in your location’s building maintenance
- Other duties as required by Hoskin management.
