Honeywell’s universal in line amplifiers supply a highly regulated
bridge excitation voltage for the transducer and convert the millivolt
signal of the transducer to either a 0 to 0 to ±5 V, 0 to ±10 V, or 4 mA
to 20 mA two or three-wire output.
The universal series in-line amplifier features two selectable
excitation voltages, programmable gain settings, a wide adjustment range
on the zero, and a buffered solid-state shunt cal relay for quick
calibration.
Honeywell also offers charge amplifiers for charge-mode piezo-electronic
transducers to require charge amplifiers to convert their output to
useful levels.
- Strain gauge sensor or piezo-electric accelerometer amplifiers
- 8 Vdc to 32 Vdc, 18 Vdc to 32 Vdc, ±15 Vdc or 24 Vdc to 32 Vdc supply voltage
- ±5, ±10, ±15 Vdc or 4mA to 20 mA two or three wire output
- Increases signal-to-noise ratio in noisy environments
- NEMA 4 housing
The Model UV amplifier supplies a highly regulated bridge excitation
voltage for the transducer and converts the millivolt signal of the
transducer to a ±5 Vdc signal. The Universal In-line features two
selectable exciation voltages, programmable gain settings, a wide
adjustment range on the zero, and a buffered solid-state shunt cal relay
for quick calibration.
